About Horsevetdirect
Horsevetdirect has been set up by equine vet's practicing in the UK to offer owners a comprehensive guide to the health of their horse or pony.
While in practice the authors have noticed a lack of good quality information aimed at horse owners and on many occasions have had conversations with clients to explain the limitations and inaccuracies of information they have found while searching the internet. This site aids to not only help owners but also vets by educating their clients with information they can trust.
There are over 200 conditions and diseases featured all found easily by searching the search condition section. This section will continue to grow and any comments on information that you feel should be added would be much appreciated, simply send any comments to us through the contact us link.
At present you are unable to get feedback from our vet's on your horse's condition, however, we will soon have a member's forum where any queries can not only be put to UK vet's but owners that may have encountered a similar problem.
